As a part of a hassling-free online shopping experience, No Question Asked Exchange could be made within 30-Day from the date of delivery when the item is still brand new un-used and could be re-packed in its original packaging (together with all packing, stuffing, wrapping, accessories and gift item).

Exchange is eligible for 1 time only. Please be noted that we offer free shipping aboard to the destination only, and there is no any kind of free return nor return shipping label available under any kind of circumstances.

Discounted and Sales items from the Outlet are not eligible for exchange and return.

When return is needed, we are offering a return service at an "use at own expenses" charge-based, which include self-paid return postage, return handling fee and customs duty generated when importing to the destination country (if any).

If you decided to make a return, please re-pack the product in its original packaging (together with all packing and gift item) and send us back (please use a registered/recorded service with tracking ID) to us, and copy us with the tracking information once you have posted.

Once the return item arrived, we will inspect and arrange for exchange or refund immediately. For refund, it will be loaded back to the original payment source in around 3 - 5 working days. Since returned items will not be available for sell online anymore, and will have to be arranged to outlet shops after check-up, a 10% handling fee will be charged on all kind of returns (in which all of the full amount is charge by Bank/logistics courier directly as an online payment gateway and service charge, not actually collecting by us ).

Furthermore, if there is any import tax/vat/tariff generated, and it will not be refundable upon any kind of return, as it is collected by the government official when the shipment entering the country already.

Incomplete products, such as missing accessories, gift items, tags and labels, or without packaging, also returned at a damaged, worn, soiled or with signs of wear or fitting will not be accepted, or we will charge for a cost per the situation, and we reserved the rights on all decisions.

Since each transaction has already occurred in various systems and payment platforms, order requested to be cancelled will be calculated and processed the same as a return.
