Customer satisfaction is our prioritized concern, return or exchange arrangements will be made for any purchase order(s) under the following circumstances:

1. Purchased item arrives in defective or broken condition
2. Wrong item has been sent to the customer
3. Purchased item damaged in transit

RABEANCO products are constructed using only the best materials including finely crafted with painstaking attention to detail and design and hand-finished to ensure the premium quality guaranteed by the RABEANCO trademark, and also the sheer layers of leather dye and protective coat applied onto the surface to allow the leather to maintain its natural finish. The presence of minor flaws, discreet shade differences and natural marking in the leather heighten the quality and uniqueness of the materials and should not be treated as defects. Random, small scratches and colour differences are only some of the identifying characteristics of genuine leather and should not be treated as defects.

Respectively, we are only liable for these three circumstances mentioned above if you can provide enough evidence and proof that your purchased item is not as described or in a condition which is totally different from our website promoted within 7 DAYS from the date you received the item from us.
